What happens next
- We call you, ask a few questions and book a time that works for you.
- At the visit we take moisture readings, look for the source and measure the affected area.
- You get a written scope and price. Nothing is scheduled until you say yes.
- If you need testing, we give you the names of independent assessors to call.
Useful to have ready
- Photos of the stain, the leak or the water line, if you took any.
- Roughly when the water got in, and whether it has been fixed.
- Your insurance claim number, if you have opened one.
- For condos: who manages the building, in case the source is next door.
